Item¶
One piece of equipment or one surface (a wall, a floor), at
/h/<home id>/items/<item id>/.
The page shows what you noted: brand and model, serial number, installation date, the warranty (a label tells whether it is still running), the maintenance contract with its link, notes, then the links and the photos of the item. Only what is filled in is shown. Edit the item opens the item form.
The maintenance log and the cost of ownership of an item arrive with the tasks: there is no tab for them yet.
Delete the item (in the edit form) asks for confirmation. Members and owners change the item; read-only members see it all and change nothing.
